Rates & Policies

Nightly
$160/night Sunday – Thursday (non-holidays); $190/night Friday – Saturday & Holidays for 2 guests plus $15/adult, $8/child with children 2 and under free. Two night minimum rental and three night minimum for holiday weekends. Payment due 30 days prior to arrival.

Weekly special
Rent for 6 nights and get one night free except Thanksgiving through New Years.

Deposit
Please add $200 refundable cleaning/security deposit in the form of a check. Refundable deposit less any damage/cleaning charges will be credited from cleared funds within 10 days of departure.

Cancellations
Aren't fun. We understand that situations arise which make cancellations unavoidable. However, last minute cancellations are difficult to fill as folks reserve special stays far in advance. Because of our "off the beaten track" location, drop-ins just don't drop-in. Your deposit will be refunded minus $20 processing fee if you cancel more than 30 days prior to your stay. If a cancellation is necessary after the 30 day limit, we will make every attempt to rebook your dates for you. Your deposit minus $20 will be returned for the dates rebooked.

Follow posted Hot Tub rules. Because of the danger of wildfire, no outdoor fires. No smoking and no pets.
